Built around the four pillars of the people function.

This three-day programme equips HR and people leaders to reinvent the people function with AI. It moves from operator-level fluency on day one, into applied AI across compliance, engagement and retention on day two, and into strategic workforce planning, governance and roadmap design on day three.

Every module follows the TEA™ framework, twenty percent theory, twenty percent examples, sixty percent hands-on application. Delegates work on real recruiting, engagement, attrition, and L&D scenarios in a pre-configured Codespaces environment with starter agents and policy templates.
