Programme overview

What this programme covers.

This executive programme gives senior leaders the knowledge and frameworks to drive AI strategy within their organisations. It covers the full landscape: understanding the technology, identifying opportunities, managing AI projects, navigating ethics and governance, and building a future-ready organisation.

Every module follows the TEA™ delivery framework. Fifty percent of the time is spent on live case analysis, executive roundtable discussion, and hands-on scenario work. Delegates do not leave with slides. They leave with their own opportunity matrix, roadmap, and boardroom briefing.

Delivered as a one-day intensive for time-constrained executives or a two-day deep dive with capstone project work.

Three phases, eight modules. The methodology moves you from grounded thinking to delivery to applied strategy, ending in a capstone where you present your own AI strategy proposal.

Foundations
Strategy & ethics groundwork

Understand what AI actually is, where it fits in your strategy, and what ethical and regulatory ground you need to cover before any investment decision.

Phase 2 · Modules 4 – 6

Move from strategy to delivery. Align initiatives with business goals, lead AI projects end-to-end, and build foresight into the 3 – 5 year horizon.

Phase 3 · Modules 7 – 8
Application
Case studies & capstone

Apply everything to real-world cases, then to your own organisation. Present your AI strategy proposal to peers and receive expert feedback.
