Why this certification exists
"Every enterprise needs leaders who can use AI fluently, govern it responsibly, and build with it credibly. Most programmes teach one. CEAL teaches all three."
The Enterprise AI Leader Standard · STOA Institute
Programme overview

Three pillars. Five days. One enterprise AI leader.

The Certified Enterprise AI Leader is STOA's flagship credential. It merges our three foundational programmes, Generative AI & Prompt Engineering, AI Strategy & Governance, and Agentic AI Engineering, into a single, intensive five-day arc.

Day one and two build fluency: prompt engineering, the C.L.E.A.R. framework, evaluation, and responsible use. Day three and four build authority: AI strategy, opportunity matrices, ethics, governance, and the 12-month roadmap. Day five builds capability: agentic systems, tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and a deployable agent.

You graduate with the CEAL™ certification, a personal prompt library, an enterprise AI strategy proposal, a governance policy draft, and a working agent in Codespaces. Three programmes. One credential. One week.
